All orders received by 12:00 noon eastern standard time on any business day will be processed that day, Orders received after 12:00 noon eastern standard time will be processed the following business day. When possible we will ship UPS or FED-EX depending on weight and size of your order, or your order may ship common carrier (motor freight). UPS and FED-EX orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days , if your order is shipped common carrier (motor freight), delivery may take 7-10 business days! As large as our inventory is, there may be certain product items that may be on back order. If that occures we will notify you by e-mail as to the ship date of your order!
RETURNS POLICY We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt by you. You must contact us by e-mail at returns@bestqualitypoolsupplies.com giving us the order number, date and item number. We will respond by e-mail the next business day with instructions on how to return the item(s). All returns must be unused/uninstalled/untampered-with and in original packaging, presentable for sale with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the freight charges incurred shipping the product to customer. Sales of chemicals, pool paint and custom products (special orders) are final and are not returnable. Orders that are refused at delivery are charged freight both ways! All products that are defective or damaged are covered under the individual manufacturer's warranty and are not treated as a return.
